Shift / Team Manager (Live Gaming Studio)

Studio21 is a technology company that owns, runs and operates “Live Studios” for the igaming industry. We are seeking a “Shift Manager” for our new studio in Sofia.

As a Shift Manager you will be tasked to organise and coordinate the smooth operation of our Live Studio in Sofia. Your goal will be to achieve operational excellence. Your people management and organisational skills will be put the test on a daily basis. Your operational performance will directly influence the quality of our live games, delivered to b2b clients worldwide and will ultimately impact end-users’ experience.

>>Requirements<<

Minimum 3 years experience of managing complex teams of 50+ members at a similar operational scale.
Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
Strong work ethics, well organised and punctual.
Prowess to lead and hold others accountable. Natural leader.
Attention to detail and process management
Continuous learner

>>Responsibilities<<

Manage, coach, mentor and motivate your team.
Prepare team shift rotations and attendance schedules.
Identify, propose, draft and implement internal guidelines, processes and procedures.
Build and analyse employee KPIs.
Evaluate individual team members performance.
Provide continuous feedback to team members
Provide clear guidance on how to improve team member performance.
Handle disciplinary cases.
Collaborate with other departments for the implementation of new games and projects.
