Description

As a Senior Game Producer on the Anti-Cheat team, you will be accountable for developing foundations, processes, and strategy that will help ensure competitive integrity for players at a global scale. You will organize and facilitate multi-team meetings across different studios to ensure clear communication of status and risks, and execution on key product needs. You will drive a high quality bar for the product to focus on measurable outcomes. You'll collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Data, Operations, QA, and central technology teams to ensure we are making excellent decisions. This is a complex strategic role to keep our projects on track and bridge the product offerings and customer relations to deliver great value for internal customers and players around the world. You will work with people across multiple time zones to ship the best possible game experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run process and rituals to effectively plan, prioritize, track, and report the work being done to deliver features
  • Manage customer relationships through understanding customer needs and ensuring they are being met
  • Understand the product impact for game teams and players, why it is important, and how we know if we are successful
  • Help identify the right team KPIs and ensure we can measure, track, and report on them to inform the team goals and provide stakeholder visibility
  • Provide production leadership to the diverse portfolio of features and projects
  • Identify product and/or team risk areas and develop escalation plans and mitigation strategies
  • Build accountability through setting production expectations and ensuring effective methods are implemented to meet these expectations
  • Ensure the initiative has a clear vision and strategy to drive business goals while building a healthy team with a continual improvement mindset
  • Help develop and manage a roadmap and backlog of work and provide visibility to key stakeholders
  • Manage headcount requests and impact, ensuring we are using our budget and resources responsibly

Required Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of production experience in the games industry (or relevant industry)
  • Professional experience developing and driving production processes
  • Professional experience working or leading agile teams
  • Professional experience demonstrating strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of the competitive gaming segments
  • Broad understanding of operational and development challenges

Desired Qualifications:

  • Professional experience working on an anti-cheat or security software team
  • Professional experience with esports and deadline based development
  • Professional experience building and maintaining first party relationships
  • Professional experience making mobile games as a service
  • Professional experience working with geographically remote teams

  • (Bellevue only) Base salary range between $158,700.00 - $221,700.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
  • (Redwood City only) Base salary range between $170,400.00 - $238,100.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
