Description
As a Product Growth Manager - I, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our products/services by implementing and optimizing various growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop and execute initiatives, and measure their impact on key metrics.
Responsibilities :-
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user engagement, activation, retention, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and data analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research, review user feedbacks, and analyze data to understand user behavior, preferences, and trends
- Utilize A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to help optimize product features, user experience, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the performance of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in growth hacking and user acquisition
- Propose and implement innovative strategies to boost product revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of successfully driving user growth and increasing revenue for digital products/services
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with product management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
