The product
RENNSPORT is the playground for car enthusiasts. A live-service racing simulation in its alpha stage of development with thousands of eager players already on the waiting list for release, as well as a top tier live competition dubbed “ESL R1”.
RENNSPORT (the game) and ESL R1 are the tip of the iceberg in our vision to completely transform how players and fans engage with racing games, where the community of players, modders, and pro drivers are front and centre of everything we do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Head of Production, you will be the connecting piece between our development team, leadership and functional teams. You will be working on our upcoming AAA racing simulator, RENNSPORT.
Your primary role will be to coordinate and drive the development of RENNSPORT to the aimed quality standards, on time and on budget, while keeping the whole organization aligned and informed of major milestones and progress.
We are looking for someone with AAA production experience, who is fun to work with and is excited to build the ultimate playground for car enthusiasts.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overall ownership of the execution of RENNSPORT’s roadmap
- Work with leadership to set project goals and continuously inform and develop the roadmap
- Milestone planning and driving quality and timely execution of planned features and deliverables
- Bring together the team around a common vision for RENNSPORT
- Inform and coordinate activities with the rest of the organization (leadership, marketing, community management,…)
- Align monetization plans with product development
- Communicate challenges/roadblocks/risks in a timely and clear manner
YOUR PROFILE
You can self-organize and are comfortable working autonomously on a short time scale.
Extensive knowledge of game development processes.
Shipped at least 1+ AAA title as a (senior) producer.
Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
You can take factual, data-driven decisions and convey your ideas clearly and concisely to other team members, peers or stakeholders.
You are curiosity driven and not afraid to approach problems by thinking outside the box.
You have entrepreneurial spirit, are enthusiastic and have a very positive attitude.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.
What could make you stand out more?
- Experience working on online multiplayer titles or F2P
- Experience with submission processes across multiple stores and platforms
