&lt;p&gt;Mapshot is an agency specializing in creating custom gaming content for marketing and communication purposes. We are based in Belgium, but this position is remotely open to the world!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This position is an ad-hoc position to help us on projects when needed. It may evolve into a more permanent position as Mapshot continues to grow.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a graphics designer, you will help us create the perfect thumbnails, UI elements in our games, in-game visuals, and social media visuals to help us promote the games.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Your superpowers&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create new &lt;strong&gt;beautiful thumbnails&lt;/strong&gt; that will compel players to click on them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to &lt;strong&gt;pose a 3D character model&lt;/strong&gt; in a tool like Blender, Unreal,... to create that extra touch on the thumbnails.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create &lt;strong&gt;beautiful UI elements&lt;/strong&gt; like custom health bars, score indicators and more to be used in our games.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Design &lt;strong&gt;in-game visuals&lt;/strong&gt; like subtle billboards for our clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; You already have 1 year of professional experience in your backpack in a design role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Passionate&lt;/strong&gt; about game design and focused on quality.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Critical thinker.&lt;/strong&gt; You always look for the &#039;why&#039; of things. Asking &#039;why&#039; creates new insights!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team-oriented:&lt;/strong&gt; We go for victory together!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You &lt;strong&gt;share your knowledge&lt;/strong&gt; with colleagues and are not afraid to explain your vision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication is essential for team efforts, you are able to express yourself fluently in English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is a remote position, and communication will be via Discord, email, and Video Conferencing.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technology is fast evolving and you follow the latest trends and evolutions.&lt;/li&gt;
