Your role
We seek a creative and talented Community Manager Intern - French/German/Russian Speaker to join our Community Manager Team (CoMaT) in our sunny Barcelona office. This intern will work closely with our CoMaT to create, organise and publish engaging content for our games that align with our brand, marketing, and community strategies. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the mobile gaming industry, community and social media management, and a passion for gaming.
Responsibilities
- Help realise the community plans in concert with the Community and Game teams to span alpha, beta, and launch phases for the Russian-speaking markets.
- Assist with Community sentiment monitoring for FunPlus games and reports creation from forums and social media channels (Russian-speaking markets)
- Participate in the planning, drafting, and distributing of community-focused content through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels.
- Help with coordination and management of the Content Creator program.
- Participating in creating and fostering a positive community experience for our players.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian, German, or French.
- Currently enrolled and about to finish a degree program in Communication, Community Management, Social Media, Customer support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
- Comprehension of social media platforms, listening tools, and report-building (Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Highly capable problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Passion for gaming: Deep knowledge and passion for mobile video games, including an understanding of current market trends, player behaviour, and popular community platforms. Play experience with FunPlus titles would be nice to have!
- Fluent in any of the following languages: Chinese, French, German, Russian, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus!
- An excellent eye for detail and a passion for quality.
