About the role:
We are scouting for talented 3D character artists to join our creative team and shape the future of our projects. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our future projects. Your expertise in crafting captivating characters will be instrumental in bringing our imaginative visions to life.

Role Responsibilities
- As a 3d Character Artist , you will be responsible for creating outstanding 3D Characters and Creatures for some of the best known game titles.
- Ensure all work meets project requirements and is delivered to the highest standard within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with project leads and art teams across different studios to ensure assets are delivered to the correct specifications.
- Take a proactive role in problem-solving and addressing issues that arise.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technical advancements in 3D modeling and texturing.
- Take an active role in mentoring more junior members of the art team to ensure their skills and knowledge continue to develop.
- Actively participate in meetings and reviews to provide relevant feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine
- Flexibility and a good eye for form, shape, composition and fun
- Creative flare as well as displaying core fundamentals such as solid topology, UV's and texturing
- Solid experience in AAA console development (3+ years)
