Esports Manager

I have been working at the largest Football Association in the world for the last 2.5 years as the Manager of Esports and Gaming. Before this I worked as Business Development Manager at an esports and gaming agency. My first roles in the working world included behind a cost manager for a business that ensured large property developers made investments that would provide significant future return.

Building a roster that was able to reach the finals of a triple A developers pinnacle esports event. Then evolving the roster to achieve the same the year after. Bringing significant paid business to an agency in the form of some of the largest Formula One teams and esports tournament providers in the world, using my own network and skills.

For the next 3-5 year I would like work as Esports manager with a view to progressing to Director/Head of Esports in the near future. Making insight based decisions on titles and helping shape championship winning competitive esports rosters, while also adding value to our brand and partners via innovative input.

Not seeing positive progression within the business for myself or the businesses trajectory, and a plan to be sustainable and the best both competitively and as a media offering.
