&lt;p&gt;As our Global Community Director, you&#039;ll play a pivotal leadership role within Uplify. Your mission will be to shape and execute our global community strategy, overseeing a team of regional Community Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate expert from the GameDev industry or similar background who thrives within the dynamic world of influencers across Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and other key platforms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Deliverables:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Shape Our Global Community Vision:&lt;/strong&gt; Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to build, nurture, and engage our worldwide streamer community.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lead with Impact:&lt;/strong&gt; Mentor and guide our regional Community Managers, ensuring they exceed community engagement, growth, and satisfaction metrics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data-Driven Decision-Making:&lt;/strong&gt; Analyze community performance metrics, identify trends, and leverage insights to drive successful campaigns, initiatives, and optimize community health.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Collaborate for Success:&lt;/strong&gt; Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure community feedback and insights are integrated into product development and campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Represent Uplify:&lt;/strong&gt; Champion Uplify&#039;s brand and mission, serving as a key internal and external ambassador for our streamer community.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#039;ll Bring to the Table:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proven Community Leadership:&lt;/strong&gt; Solid experience in building and managing vibrant online communities, preferably within the gaming or streaming industries.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Excellent Communication:&lt;/strong&gt; Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data-Focused Mindset:&lt;/strong&gt; Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics, draw actionable conclusions, and implement data-informed strategies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strategic Visionary:&lt;/strong&gt; A knack for seeing the big picture, developing innovative community programs, and aligning those initiatives with overall company goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Self-Starter with Remote Excellence:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong self-motivation, time management, and a track record of thriving in remote work environments.&lt;/li&gt;
