Seoul Dynasty is the team representing Seoul, South Korea, in the Overwatch League. The Dynasty compete in the Eastern Division. On August 21, 2017, the roster of Lunatic-Hai was acquired by KSV - today known as Gen.G Esports. Over the next two months, additional players would be added to the team. On October 26, the Seoul Dynasty branding was revealed. Seoul Dynasty has been competing in the Overwatch League since its inaugural season and finished 2018 – 8th, 2019 – 7th/8th, 2020 – 2nd. The team is owned and operated by Gen.G Esports.
