&lt;p&gt;Riftweaver, Inc. is seeking a Director of User Acquisition to join our team and help us launch the next generation of digital tabletop roleplaying games!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a Director of User Acquisition, you’ll introduce the world to Fablecraft. You’ll leverage online channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive quality installations while optimizing costs. We’ll also explore non-traditional channels such as gaming conventions and friendly local game stores.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Working closely with the studio’s CEO and Creative Director, you’ll oversee marketing creative, social media posts, and drive community engagement. You’ll lead a small marketing and social media team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will be expected to have substantial analytics, performance marketing, and go-to-market experience.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Ideal Candidate&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We seek a candidate with a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for player engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user acquisition dynamics, a track record of success in driving user growth, and an enthusiasm for the unique challenges presented by the gaming industry.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll contribute concepts with the creative team, then oversee development in partnership with Riftweaver&#039;s Creative Director. Collaboration and communication will be key to a successful process.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You’ll be passionate about TTRPGs and enthusiastic about the innovation of Fablecraft. The more diverse our team, the better we will be.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Experience / Requirements&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5+ years of user acquisition experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10+ years of total professional experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Worked on shipped mobile, console, or PC games.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Exceptional leadership and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with testing principles and the ability to implement maintainable tests.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;This is a fully remote role, but&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;candidates must be US-based.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Open to traveling to cons and company events.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;This is a hands-on role and you’ll be responsible for spending every ad dollar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nice-to-Haves&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Creative writing or art direction marketing experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with cross-platform monitoring on Steam, iOS, and Android.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in, and enthusiasm for, playing TTRPGs or Desktop RPGs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead the development and execution of user acquisition strategies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor daily CPIs and adjust spend accordingly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create compelling and beautiful marketing campaigns that elevate the Fablecraft brand.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keep a pulse on player sentiment across our social platforms.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with a small, dedicated team of developers, artists, and game designers to deliver on Fablecraft’s promise of an intuitive digital roleplaying game!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Report directly to the Creative Director and be involved in scoping and planning.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Why Work With Riftweaver?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a healthy work/life balance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You’ll join our team in its early stages, so you’ll have the opportunity to meaningfully influence Fablecraft’s brand and Riftweaver’s culture.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;We’re all extremely passionate and enthusiastic about games of all kinds - and \*especially\* about creating a TTRPG that’s more accessible to all players. However, base pay may vary further depending on individualized factors for candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may include other elements, including equity awards and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.&lt;/p&gt;
