&lt;p&gt;Plazma Ltd is seeking to engage a Chief Financial Officer for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a game development company, including strategic business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiating and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advising on long-term business and financial planning&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Overseeing cash flow planning, investment, and asset management to ensure availability of funds as needed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the group&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Overseeing the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing regular reports to the Board and CEO.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Qualifications and Skills:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional accreditation is considered an asset&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Clear understanding of game development, data processing and controlling. A degree in a related area is considered a strong asset&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian language is essential&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role in a game production company&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to strategize and solve problems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and organizational skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and people skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Plazma Ltd is seeking to engage a Junior Concept Designer to create images of characters and environments for game development. You will develop the initial visual concepts (characters, props, vehicles, environments) from a script or creative brief.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;create quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles and props (including creation of thumbnails and wireframes);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;use traditional and technological approaches to create designs in 2D and 3D through drawing and painting;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;efficiently interpret briefs;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;explain and pitch your ideas clearly to the design team;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;respond positively to the feedback;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;adapt and refine your work based on the response;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;maintain good communication with the design team;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;research topics and information for points of reference and ideas to use in your designs;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;create specification sheets, accurately noting dimensions and details for others to follow;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;meet strict deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Qualifications and Skills:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· A foundation degree in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Art, Illustration or equivalent. Experience in a creative role is considerate an asset;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Russian language is essential. Moderate level of English language will be beneficial.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Impeccable understanding and ability in artistic fundamentals - such as perspective, composition, color and light theory, form, shape and texture;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are critical;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent time management skills, to sketch and adapt images quickly within tight deadlines;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Research skills and an exceptional imagination to create images of characters and places that don&#039;t yet exist;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Resilience to receive constant feedback and adapt your work based on the client and manager&#039;s views;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The ability to work well in a team as part of wider design process, as well as being able to work independently and self-motivate to keep on top of deadlines;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
