&lt;p&gt;As a (Junior) Project Manager, you&#039;ll play a pivotal role in our exciting projects within the realm of competitive gaming and esports, with a focus on sports-related titles. Your responsibilities will involve crafting innovative tournament experiences, managing communities and tournaments, showcasing the stories of competitors, establishing new partnerships within the gaming ecosystem, and overseeing various project management tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate should possess substantial expertise in sports-gaming franchises, like EA SPORTS FC, NBA2K, RocketLeague, Football Manager etc., as well as insights into community-centric games like Roblox and Fortnite and exhibit a passion for gaming and esports in general. While less experience in traditional project management is acceptable, a keen interest and openness to various project management tasks is crucial. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to immerse yourself in new challenges, contribute creative ideas, and thrive in a dynamic environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Given the nature of our projects, you&#039;ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional international travel for meetings and events during selected periods.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Designing and executing innovative tournament experiences in new gaming titles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing the tournaments and their stakeholders throughout the operation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Building and nurturing relationships with gaming communities, integrating elements from regular sports to engage a diverse audience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Optimising processes to effectively manage and moderate gaming communities, ensuring a positive and controlled environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Crafting and implementing strategies to enhance community participation and satisfaction in gaming events&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Project managing gaming-focused initiatives such as local activations, partner management, and social responsibility partnerships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creating and curating gaming-centric content to be shared on digital and social media channels&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Developing and maintaining brand partnerships within the gaming ecosystem to elevate the gaming brand&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you ideally bring to the table:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Completed apprenticeship or studies in the field of marketing, gaming, (e)sports, or similar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Extensive knowledge in gaming, esports, or tournament organisation, with a focus on creating engaging experiences in new gaming titles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent understanding of the gaming community, esports landscape, and current trends especially in football esports titles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on mentality and a passion for staying updated on the latest gaming innovations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;English proficiency required; native speaker beneficial; German language skills considered a bonus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In-depth knowledge of the esports and gaming industry, including familiarity with football video games&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creativity, self-responsibility, and an innovative mindset tailored to the gaming domain&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with building or managing community-experiences in ecosystems like Roblox or Fortnite is a bonus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of gaming content creation tools, such as streaming software or video editing tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As (Junior) Project Manager you will be supporting a variety of topics for our project with FIFAe - FIFA’s gaming and esports division. Your tasks will include conceptualising new social media-focused projects, executing communication activities, telling the stories of competitors, identifying new digital partnerships, supporting the operation of international tournaments and overseeing various social media and media tasks together with stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate should already have theoretical or practical knowledge in the fields of communication, social media or digital. Additionally, initial working experience in the field of sports, esports and/or gaming is a big plus. Your profile will thrive with the project if you are truly passionate about your job, open to continuously jumping into new emerging tasks and the willingness to bring in your own ideas in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With our projects and our company approach, you have the opportunity to be flexible in terms of location and working hours during most periods of the year. You will be able to work 100% remotely with flexible working hours while travelling internationally for meetings and events at selected times.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Creation of creative concepts focussed on digital and social media channels to promote events and the brand&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creation of new storytelling formats for social media and broadcast&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Management of a media programme including writing media releases and articles, developing relationships with media outlets, facilitating interviews and handling remote or on-site media requests&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Development and execution of content-sharing strategy to empower stakeholders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Management of brand partnerships to enhance the brand&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Project management for brand-related, social media focussed projects such as local activations, partner management, social responsibility partnerships and others&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creation of social media content and preparation of social media copies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Business development activities to identify, explore and evaluate new opportunities including the creation of presentations and project plans&lt;/li&gt;
