 &lt;li&gt;Create emotive art within strict technical limitations.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Collaborate within a diverse team to create a variety of visual themes for programs that reflect our game.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Prioritize task and manage time to meet our demanding content scheduling requirements.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Work with a team to set priorities and developing design solutions to meet our goals.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Lead other Experience Designers within the team to help improve overall visual craft.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Help solidify the College Football Ultimate team and it&#039;s systems.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Monitor team health, improving team culture and supporting career development opportunities.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Scout talent and recruiting including external vendors and contractors.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Provide guidance on HLEs for features and program scoping decisions and task assignments.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Advocate for Experience Design and Live Content both within the team and across the studio.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#039;s degree or higher in design, marketing, or related studies.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Experience with Figma, Miro and other collaborative tools.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Understand composition, grid, color theory, typography, iconography, logo and layout design.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Comfortable presenting cohesive design approaches and iterating based on feedback.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;An Interest in 3d &amp;amp; motion graphics is ideal.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Knowledge of American Football &amp;amp; sports games is beneficial.&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;Experience designing for video games and live services with microtransactions is a bonus, not a requirement.&lt;/li&gt;
