Esports Manager

Over 5 years of professional level experience in managing multiple projects from Esports, Content Creation, even reaching into Health IT. I currently run HYE GAMING, a gaming organization founded about two years ago, that focuses on Esports, Content Creation, and Community Management. I have also worked for companies, such as Provoke Esports, HSK, Target, TDI, and PSN, which are most fairly notable companies within the United States and across the world.

1. I founded HYE GAMING less than 2 years ago, it currently has over a thousand members and over 50k+ monthly reach, created multiple partnerships with universities and government entities, and is currently building a new way to do Esports. 2. Currently I am doing the impossible, as I manage to successfully balance my work/life which includes; a full time job, 18 credits per college semesters, running HYE GAMING, spending time with my family and friends, while also having time to take care of myself. If that isn't true time and organizational management; I don't know what is.

The key points I look for: - Having a democratic leadership ability and a culture where employees work with each other or compete in a healthy environment to solve problems. - A workspace that accepts change, instead of avoiding it. - Of course, if it's esports management or coaching, I will shine best, even if I am head managing multiple teams, as done in previous and current experience - I want to work at a place that people want to come in and work hard, not to just come in for the paycheck and leave, and I believe esports does that best, but it also depends on the culture. - Working remote is ideal or at least really close to where I live.

Having to relocate, as much as I love esports, I would prefer to stay where I am for now, as everything I love is around me; including local/remote esports opportunities.
