This person will bring creativity and ideas to daily show and demonstrate strong knowledge of social trends. &lt;li&gt;Responsible for pitching ideas and producing segments for the show&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong social media background and knowledge of current trends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to edit social videos using Adobe suite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Works closely with on-air talent to pitch segments, develop ideas and storylines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare guests to join show&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be able to collaborate effectively with different departments in a television production environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong ability to make quick decisions and handle pressure in a fast-paced, working environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of live sports television landscape and trends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be able to work weekends and non-traditional hours&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Minimum 5 years of experience in live television production environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong interest in and vast knowledge of global professional sports&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience assessing sports industry talent, content, and trends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience shepherding projects from ideation to implementation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working closely with high profile on-air talent&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience overseeing multiple projects and programs at once with shifting priorities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of NFL required, as well as the particulars of sports betting&lt;/li&gt;

This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays.
